Changelog
What we shipped, and when.
A running build log of the practice-as-business tools, posted as each one ships.
Android live on Google Play.
Production app approved and available for download. First-100 founder rate is live ($29/mo for life). Waitlist subscribers get the install link by email; iOS notification follows when that build is verified.
Public booking page, end to end.
Each account gets a themed public booking page on a custom URL. Clients request a session; the practitioner accepts or soft-declines. Payment runs through a PCI-compliant processor with the platform fee disclosed at signup. Booking modes for invite-only, paid-deposit, request-only, and free-confirm. Per-business block list. Photo gallery and color theming so the page reads like the practice. The accepted booking becomes a session record automatically.
Bank sync, receipts, and Schedule C.
Snap a paper receipt and the line items land in the expense ledger. Connect a business bank account through a secure data aggregator and transactions sync alongside. Practitioner-set rules auto-classify recurring patterns. Supplies tied to sessions decrement as they get used. The Schedule C export pulls it all together at year end.
Outcall safety check-in.
En-route confirmation sheet with route preview, parking notes from the intake, and a deep-link to the practitioner's map app. Optional trusted-contact opt-in. The contact receives a brief en-route ping. The practitioner chooses whether to send the all-clear when the session completes. The ping body carries no client name, no clinical context, no appointment specifics.
Client lifecycle messaging.
Booking confirmations, cancellation notices, and pre-session intake links sent over a registered US toll-free number. Consent captured at booking time with a TCPA evidence trail. Every message body redacts practitioner names, client names, clinical vocabulary, and appointment details. The body carries only the tokenized link or a short transactional notice.
PHI export for client right of access.
Per-session SOAP PDF from the signed-off screen. Per-client bundle PDF from the client detail screen, covering the intake, every SOAP note, the session list, and the contraindication flags. Practitioner as covered entity fulfills the access request within the statutory window. Miaise provides the export mechanism.
Account portal and lapse-state gating.
Subscription management in-app and through a hosted billing portal. Past-due windows surface in-app banners and email reminders. After the grace window, write features begin to restrict gracefully while existing records stay readable and exportable. Full deletion follows the retention schedule, not the lapse state.
Production environment ready for closed beta.
Backups automated. Observability and paging in place. Cost monitoring on. Deploy gap to production closed. Auth, email verification, and MFA hardened on the production environment ahead of the Android launch.
Brand site published. Waitlist open.
Public marketing surface live. Closed-beta waitlist is accepting signups. Beta priority by practice fit, not signup time.
Mileage capture and IRS-ready tax export.
Background GPS logs your drives, then classifies each trip against your session calendar (client visit, supply run, personal). The year-end report lands IRS-ready with the Schedule C mileage total on the cover page, at the 2026 federal rate of $0.725 a mile. Standard mileage and actual-expense vehicles are both supported.
Pre-arrival intake with contraindication flagging.
Send a tokenized link by SMS. Your client fills the form on their phone before the session. If their answers match a contraindication, you see a flag in the session view before you start. Rules-first; AI reads only the long-tail narrative answers. The practitioner decides what to do with a flag.
Voice-to-signed SOAP drafting.
Voice in, structured SOAP draft out, practitioner edits and signs. Nothing is filed without the practitioner on the record. Built on a HIPAA-eligible inference path under our existing cloud BAAs.
Session spine and body-load tracking online.
Session create through completion, modality logging, pressure intensity, and cumulative body-load aggregation across the week. The spine every other feature hangs off of.
HIPAA architecture and infrastructure foundation.
BAAs executed with primary cloud providers. MFA required on every account. Audit logging on every PHI touch. The compliance posture documented before the first feature was written.
